Fees
Acquest Property Solutions is a service based business. We offer all our clients an initial obligation free meeting. We will discuss, at length, your intentions, your goals and the type/s of property you want to secure.
Once you are happy to proceed we require an initial fee to meet your detailed brief. When we secure the property for you, we charge 2% of the purchase price + GST. The initial fee is then credited back to you. You pay a maximum of 2% of the purchase price of the property+ GST. Payment of our commission is at settlement of the property or as otherwise agreed in writing.
